Check-In/Check-Out

Our reception is open 24 hours a day and is managed from our sister hotel (The Phoenix Hotel London) which is located next door. Please head straight to the Phoenix Hotel London for check in/out and any other assistance you may require.

Check in is at 1pm and check out is at 11am daily. Early check in or late check out will incur an additional charge. Please speak to reception for changes to your reservation. We have a luggage store room where guests can store their bags until they are ready to leave.

Kensington Gardens Hotel is a listed building and does not have a lift, if you require assistance with your luggage, please do speak to reception.

Reception

Our reception is open 24 hours a day and is managed from our sister hotel (The Phoenix Hotel London) which is located next door. 

Our reception team can assist you with any queries about your room and stay with us. They can recommend tourist attractions, theatre shows, exhibitions, things to do in London and places to eat and drink. They can help with directions, getting around and booking taxis. If you want to get out of London for the day, our hotel works with a number of tour operators and we can organise an excursion for you.
