Our reception is open 24 hours a day and is managed from our sister hotel (The Phoenix Hotel London) which is located next door. Please head straight to the Phoenix Hotel London for check in/out and any other assistance you may require.

Check in is at 1pm and check out is at 11am daily. This ensures that our housekeeping team has enough time to service and clean rooms prior to new guests arriving. Early check in or late check out will incur an additional charge. Please contact info@kensingtongardenshotel.co.uk for more information.

Yes, we have a locked luggage room which is monitored by our reception staff. Guests arriving early or leaving late are welcome to store their luggage here. Please do speak to our reception if you would like any assistance with taking your luggage to your room.

Yes, we work with a number of tour companies who offer a variety of tours within London and around England. Please speak to our reception team on arrival for more information and to book.

Yes, we work with a number of local taxi companies and can arrange travel. Please speak to our reception team for more information and pricing. Please contact our reservations team at info@kensingtongardenshotel.co.uk or +44 (0) 20 7243 7600 if you would like us to organise a taxi from the airport or train station to the hotel.

We do not have a restaurant at the Kensington Gardens Hotel. Guest are able to go to the restaurant at the Phoenix Hotel London for a continental buffet breakfast and other cooked breakfast options which are available at an additional cost. We cater to vegan and gluten free diets in our continental buffet breakfast. Please speak to our restaurant staff for further information on food allergies. 

We do not have air conditioning in our rooms, but we have equipped all of our rooms with fans. Please speak to our reception if you would like an additional fan in your room or if you require assistance with the heating.

Our rooms are not furnished with safes, however we have safes in the reception area of our sister hotel (the Phoenix Hotel London) which are monitored 24 hours a day. Guests at the Kensington Gardens Hotel are welcome to use this service.

Guest are able to use the guest computer and printer at our sister hotel (the Phoenix Hotel London) located in the reception area. Please ask the Phoenix Hotel London reception team for further information.
